Volunteers are always needed and greatly appreciated. You choose the amount of time you can give. Stop by and see how you would like to be involved in helping spread reading and literacy.

Donations of books, audio materials, and movies are always greatly appreciated. There is a book drop available in the alley behind the building that is accessible when the store is not open.

In the past, we have donated books to help other non-profits which have helped set up a small library, made books available for supporting three state historic sites, helped with an Eagle Scout project of new book shelves in the children's department, and sponsored the summer reading program at the Midland County Library. We have contributed books and money to several literacy programs and Honor the Troops projects in the Permian Basin. The bookstore has had UTPB and Midland College students putting in volunteer hours to earn assistance with their college books. This is a winning situation for all of us.
